Kura Karam

A versatile all-purpose curry powder built on a base of dry-roasted coriander seeds, cumin, and fenugreek, layered with turmeric, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and a measured amount of Guntur chilli for warmth without overpowering. This is the one jar that goes into every vegetable dish in a Telugu household. Works equally well with dry stir-fries (vepudu), wet curries (pulusu), and one-pot rice dishes. Each ingredient is roasted individually to its ideal point before blending.
